An incredible work from the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit. The visual displays of the distribution of human infectious diseases and their determinants are outstanding. Best of all, it is open access. The Atlas team intend for this to be a crowdsourcing effort, although at present it is not clear how that is to be implemented.
